THE BEGINNING

Refinement from the Start

Highland Distilleries was founded in 2023 by Samuel Monteiro with a simple intention – to create spirits that embody clarity, character and contemporary craftsmanship.

What began as a focused vision has grown into a portfolio of gins, whiskies and vodka, each developed with a consistent dedication to balance, smooth texture and premium standards.

 

Our distillery is located at Plot No. 5 & 6, Honda Industrial Estate, Sattari, Goa, where blending, filtration and bottling come together under one controlled environment. Every bottle carries the signature approach that defines Highland Distilleries – clean, polished and thoughtfully crafted.
